Code of Conduct 

The Solex Code of Business Conduct provides standards for ethical conduct in dealing with all agents, customers, suppliers, government officials and others. It applies to all Solex directors, officers and employees worldwide.

Financial transparency 

As a private company, we believe it is just as important to be transparent with our employees and stakeholders as a public company. We have checks and balances in place throughout our organization to ensure risk is mitigated including an outside annual review and ransomware protection. Our board and leadership team are committed to a quarterly review of our well-defined and up-to-date risk identification and management matrix.
