Solex to participate at Urea Global Summit, Sept. 11-13, 2024
Solex Thermal Science is proud to sponsor the Urea Global Summit hosted by BHDT in Vienna, Austria Sept. 11-13, 2024.
Gerald Marinitsch, CEO, will represent Solex at this year's event, which is designed for fertilizer professionals to exchange and discuss the latest industry trends, from project start to operation and maintenance. Our exhibit will share more on how heat exchange technology is helping producers improve operational efficiency, maintain product quality, as well as help them meet their decarbonization goals.
In addition, Marinitsch will be a featured speaker at this year's event. His presentation titled "CO2 neutral high temperature process energy from UREA-coolers upcycled with heat pumps" will discuss
- How recovered heat from the cooling stage can be used directly in the upstream production process to pre-heat air for combustion systems.
- Additional opportunities to utilizer otherwise-wasted energy by combining moving bed heat exchangers with industrial heat pumps.
