Solex to present at South African Sugar Technologists’ Association 2021 Congress, Aug. 19
Solex Thermal Science will be presenting at the South African Sugar Technologists' Association (SASTA) 2021 Congress on Aug. 19.
Solex Thermal Science's Jean-Marc Reichling (Global Sales Director) will be joined by Carl van Maanen of Industrial Water Cooling (IWC) to discuss cooling sugar through indirect heat exchange. Topics covered will include:
- How vertical bulk solid heat exchangers operate
- Avoiding caking during storage and downstream transport
- Comparisons with direct-contact fluid beds.
