Organized by Alfa Laval, the congress is focused on the olive oil industry, gathering professionals and relevant brands from across the world. Folive's lineup of speakers for 2022 represents all phases of olive oil extraction, from harvesting to final packaging.
As part of this year's show, Pedro Moran, Global Director, Food Products for Solex Thermal Science, will present Thursday, April 7 at 1 p.m. CET on "Advancements in alpejuro drying technology to meet European emission regulations."

Pedro Moran, Global Director, Food Products
Pedro joined Solex in 2008 as a sales engineer based in the UK, later establishing Solex’s operations in Brazil before becoming Vice President of Sales, Europe. As Global Director, Food Products, Pedro now oversees Solex's involvement in sectors such as oilseeds, sugar, coffee, cocoa and others.
