Not only is our exchanger capable of effectively heating and cooling highly abrasive materials,  the mass flow design of the Solex unit allows for low product velocities and low pressure on the heat exchanger plates resulting in minimal abrasion to the unit itself. Accurate & uniform temperature profile

Many processes require accurate and even temperature profiles during heating and cooling. For example, careful control of the temperature of sand is required during the resin-coating process to ensure the even distribution of the resin on the proppant.
