Energy Recovery Possibilities with Indirect Air-Cooling Technology

The Solex indirect air-cooling technology makes it possible to capture and use the heat from the bulk solids cooling process. During the cooling process, the heat from the bulk solids is transferred indirectly to the cooling air, producing clean, hot air that can then be used for other processes such as pre-heating combustion gases. Since the heat transfer process is indirect, no air scrubbing is required.
